1. {EVENT} FARM TO TABLE

This event was a dinner series that invited leaders in the worlds of marketing and event-marketing to come together to discuss various topics, ranging from casual conversation to more event-related topics. We wanted the series to give off a contemporary and intimate vibe, making the whole night seem like a meeting of minds coming from all backgrounds to share in the in's and out's of their experience in the industry.

2. OFFLINE SUMMIT 2016

Story: Event Farm's Offline Summit 2016 was a weekend packed with workshops and keynote speakers, all revolving around the world of marketing and the events industry. Speakers from Facebook, Microsoft, Pepsi Co., and American Express came to this cool space we rented out in Brooklyn, New York to share their knowledge of their line of work as well as presented content with how to best utilize events for business revenue and professional advancement.

Role: Visual Designer (helped with some of the design assets on the graphics of Offline Summit's website as well as the Snapchat geo-filter we had ready for our attendees to use)

Team: Izabela Bulska and Grayson Brown

3. EVENT FARM INTERNAL HOLIDAY PARTY 2017

Story: For every Event Farm internal event, my coworkers and I loved to go all out, spending after-office hours and weekends to create the best experience for ourselves and for the guests we invite. We work for a company that promotes the significance of throwing a great event and so... throwing a great party is basically who we are and what we do!

Role: Steven Berard (Mobile development lead), Raghav Mangrola (iOS developer), Gevik Valijani (Android developer), and Brian Chaplin (Event Farm experiential project manager)

Solution: That being said, we developed and designed three separate experiences in a matter of days ( much like a good old fashioned hack-a-thon):

1. Snapchat-like camera app with our own custom filters with the holiday theme

2. An experiential and social game of weird facts and finding who the owner of the weird fact that appears on the screen, when you check in. Each guest was given a NFC wristband, which they would then check-in at one of the Google Nexus tablets. Once they tapped in with their wristband, a weird fact would pop up and you would have to ask around for that person, bring said owner of fact, and have both of you guys tap in, only to receive a new fact. The more owners of weird facts you find, the more points you get. And all in all, it was a chance for guests to get to know each other more and/or meet new people. Simply put, it was a great premise to get the party vibes going.

3. Lastly, we worked on a quick little project to allow guests to tap their NFC wristbands on designated Google Nexus tablets, specifically for karaoke purposes, to reserve and input songs that they wanted to sing during the karaoke portion of the night.

P.S. We also had all of these individual experiences collected and documented in a memory bank for each individual guest that they could access after the party to look back on all the nights' events, much like a timeline feed. This is where guests could relive the party's high/low points (haha) as well as download the pictures that they took with the camera filter app.
