Event Farm Lead-Capture Kiosk App

Story: The Lead Capture Kiosk app was a feature request from a company that is a client for Event Farm, as they wanted to provide attendees a way to sign in their information such as Name, Email, etc, if they want more information or some sort of chance to win a reward. By inputting such information, the company hosting the event could then collect that data and create a lead/contact in Salesforce or in any other sales management software to track pipeline.

Team: Steven Berard (Mobile Development Lead) + Raghav Mangrola (iOS Developer)

Role: User Experience + User Interface Designer

Process:  We received some basic lo-fi wireframes on a white-board and received basic requirements/MVP to create the app and then iterated from there to create an efficient and logical user experience for an attendee to fill out their information as well as for the administrators to set up customized kiosk experiences, such as custom backgrounds, header text, or orientation of the kiosk.
